Police report several occurrences resulting in arrests, including an assualt, a domestic dispute, and a report of three young people trying to get into a home to harm a resident

In the evening hours of Friday February 26, 2016, Barrie Police attended a Henry Street address for a theft complaint.

During the evening hours of Friday February 26 and the early morning hours of Saturday February 27, 2016, Barrie Police conducted a R.I.D.E program at various locations within the city

But parents should still talk to their kids about safety

During the weekend police conducted R.I.D.E throughout the City of Barrie, and a total of 13 drivers were arrested and charged with impaired driving and over 80.

On the 19th of February 2016 at approximately 6:20 p.m., Barrie Police attended a north end address in regards to a domestic incident. This was the second call to the same address on the 19th of February in regards to the same couple.

Charges include those related to stunt driving and impaired driving

As a result of the investigation, an individual has been arrested for arson and transported to the Caledon OPP detachment

Theft of Cargo INNISFIL - On Monday, February 15, 2016, just around the lunch hour, South Simcoe Police were called to the ONroute Centre, located on southbound Highway 400 in Innisfil.

On Monday February 15th 2106 at approximately 12:00 pm Police attended a residence in response to a Domestic altercation. Information received was that accused had assaulted his wife and has left the residence on foot.
