The Peggy Hill Team is inviting Barrie residents and their families to the south-end rink bearing the company's name for a free public skate next week.
The event, which is billed as "a fun evening filled with holiday spirit," will be held Friday, Dec. 9 from 6-8 p.m.
There will also be a chance to meet Santa Claus.
The Peggy Hill Team Community Centre is located at 171 Mapleton Ave., near Essa Road, in the city's south end.
