Dude gets caught checking for unlocked cars, calls cops to complain

On Sunday, May 8, 2016 at 11:25 p.m. Barrie Police received a call from a 22-year-old Barrie male who was reporting being threatened by another person.

Upon arrival to the area of Georgian Drive and Gallie Court, in the City of Barrie, officers spoke to the male who complained an unknown male threatened to harm him.

Further investigation provided officers with more information on the incident which put the male caller as a suspicious male checking driveways for unlocked cars.

It appeared the male was advised by a resident who caught him in the act to beat it and consider other ways of earning a honest living. 

The suspicious male was provided with some further advice from police and moved from the area.
