Police and bylaw have the tools to control this serious problem.

You do not need any sophisticated equipment to police this  just a good set of ears and radar guns.

If it is not stock, then charge them. Warnings are a waste of time.

On most any afternoon or evening, it is ridiculous how many loud vehicles there are. I live on a corner and you cannot even talk when cars, trucks and motorcycles pull away from the stop sign.

The speeding part is a joke as the speeds range from normal to at times close to over 100-plus kiloemetres per hour.

It is not hard to tell when motorcycles go up the street as most will easily hit way over the speed limit in two gear changes.
