Two suspects sought in television theft

BRADFORD - On Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017, around 5:30 p.m., South Simcoe Police attended a Bradford grocery store for a report of a theft. A man and woman entered the store, both picked up a TV and walked out of the store without attempting to pay for either.

The store manager was able to stop the male, who left the TV on the floor, but the female was able to leave with another TV in hand.

Both were seen getting into a grey Nissan Sentra. The manager was able to get the licence plate number, that had been reported stolen in August 2016.

The male is described as white, with long hair and full beard, wearing grey sweatpants, red tank top and a black baseball cap.

The female is described as white with brown hair in a ponytail, wearing a black sweater, black capri leggings, sunglasses and a white or blue baseball cap. The investigation is ongoing.
