Original Story

The occupants involved in a single vehicle crash on Highway 400 early Sunday afternoon have been detained by OPP.

At approximately 12:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon, OPP, EMS and Bradford Fire responded to single vehicle accident on Highway 400 at Line 5 in Bradford.

The vehicle had missed the off ramp to Line 5 and travelled down a long ditch where it eventually stopped.

Tow truck drivers say the two occupants of the vehicle fled the scene. OPP eventually detained the two about a half kilometres from the scene. The female occupant had fled in bare feet.

There appears to be no serious injuries.

More details to come once more information becomes available.
