Three people are in custody after a stolen vehicle was used to ram a police cruiser in Alcona this morning.
According to South Simcoe police Staff Sgt. Henry Geoffroy, at around 7:30 a.m., Tuesday, officers investigated a vehicle that they determined to be stolen.
Geoffroy said the vehicle fled and collided with a car in Alcona.
The driver sped away again and rammed a South Simcoe police cruiser, Geoffroy from the scene near Webster Boulevard and Innisfil Beach Road.
The vehicle was stopped and two people were arrested. Another person fled the scene, but was located and placed in custody.
No injuries were reported.
