On March 5th 2016 at approximately 1:14 a.m., police responded to a hotel on Hart Drive in the City of Barrie in regards to an intoxicated male who was not registered as a guest at the hotel. On arrival police learned the male the 21 year old male had become physical with hotel staff and other hotel guests while wandering the hallways. Police placed the male under arrest for being intoxicated in a public place and transported him to the Barrie Police Service where he was held until sober.
