Original Jan. 2 release

Barrie Police Service is currently asking for the public's assistance in locating 55-year-old female Pauline Strangemore, of the Town of Innisfil.

The female was last seen on Friday, Dec. 29, 2017, leaving her residence at approximately 7 p.m.

It is believed she traveled southbound on Highway 27, driving her black Ford Focus with licence plate BSDX 953, and was expected to arrive at a friend's residence in Toronto to spend the weekend.

Police are concerned for her safety as she never arrived and has not contacted family or friends. It is out of the norm for Pauline to leave her residence this length of time without having contact with anyone.

Pauline is described as:

  • Female, white
  • 5'10", medium build
  • Blonde coloured hair
  • Green eyes
  • Driving black Ford Focus with licence plate: BSDX 953 with bumper sticker: "Foc-ASS"

Investigators are asking anyone with information to please contact Barrie Police Service at 705-725-7025. Any information can be provided anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS or leave an anonymous tip online at www.tipsubmit.com
