On Sunday, February 7, 2016 police were called to an address on Nelson Street for a disturbance, just after 3:00 a.m.
Upon arrival police were berated by a large group of people who had been having a party inside the residence and were now outside, and highly intoxicated.
Several fights had broken out, which were later diffused by police.
A 35-year-old male was charged under the Barrie noise by-law.
