SPRINGWATER TWP. - Emergency services personnel, including officers from the Huronia West detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 93 in Springwater Township on June 1, 2019.
The collision occurred at approximately 10:30 a.m.
A motorcycle with a single occupant was involved in the collision resulting in the driver sustaining serious injuries. The motorcycle driver was transported to an area hospital and subsequently airlifted to a Toronto-area hospital for treatment.
The OPP's Technical Collision Investigations (TCI) attended the scene to assist with the investigation. The investigation is continuing.
