Barrie Police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the man in this photo who was wearing a black T-shirt with the word 'Crooks' plastered on it.
Police say the suspect stole just over $1,000 worth of various perfumes from the Rexall Drug Store located at 567 Essa Road.
