Barrie police are investigating a crash that left a vehicle on its roof in the driveway of a Letitia Heights area home, Sunday.
At approximately 5:30 p.m., city police were called to a collision in the Leacock Drive and Browning Trail area.
"The female driver left the scene on foot and was located by police and taken to a local hospital to be checked out," Jennett Mays, the police department communications co-ordinator told BarrieToday.
No injuries to bystanders were reported, Mays noted.
The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing by the traffic unit.
Mays said a collision earlier on Sunday, which occurred near the intersection of Tiffin and Innisfil streets, appears to have been medical-related.
