NIPIGON — Ontario Provincial Police have made an arrest following an investigation into the death of a 32-year-old man early Sunday morning.
According to a release, Nipigon OPP were called to investigate an incident at Stillwater Park on Highway 11/17 around 3:46 a.m.
Officers arrived and located an unresponsive man. The man was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Police have identified the deceased as Seth Dionne, 32, of Thornbury, Ont. The body will be transported to the Office of the Chief Coroner and Forensic Pathology Service in Toronto where a post-mortem examination will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 26.
Police have arrested and charged Denise Harrison, 30, of Collingwood, with dangerous operation causing death.
The accused attended bail court at the Ontario Court of Justice and was remanded into custody until Wednesday.
