Airplane makes emergency landing in Innisfil field

On 2018.01.28 at approximately 10:45 a.m. police received a radio call that a small plane had crashed in the Town of Innisfil.

Upon further investigation it was determined that a plane had engine troubles and needed to make an emergency landing in a field. There were three parties on board the plane. There were no injuries to any of the parties and no damage to the plane.   

Police are asking anyone with information to contact South Simcoe Police at (905) 775-3311, (705) 436-2141 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
