Tonight's regular-season game between the Barrie Colts and the Erie Otters down in Pennsylvania has been postponed due to "unsafe ice conditions."

The Ontario Hockey League made the announcement Wednesday afternoon.

The OHL says the conditions were the result of an "equipment malfunction" at Erie Insurance Arena.

No makeup date has been announced.

The Colts will be in Niagara on Thursday night to take on the IceDogs before returning home to the Sadlon Arena on Saturday night to take on the Brantford Bulldogs.
