After Kathleen Wynne’s announcement today that she is conceding defeat in this 2018 provincial election, candidate for MPP in Barrie—Springwater—Oro-Medonte, Keenan Aylwin, is inviting Liberal voters and supporters to show their concern for jobs, people and planet by electing one of Ontario’s first Green MPPs.
“Premier Wynne is right. We don’t know who voters will choose to replace the Liberal government on June 7th and the choice is up to them. The NDP don’t own your vote. The PCs don’t own your vote. Only you own your vote,” said Aylwin.
“Kathleen Wynne has lost faith in her supporters, volunteers, and candidates. But, we haven’t given up. We are working hard every day to earn your trust, your respect and ultimately, your vote.
