The Ask an Expert virtual series brings insights and knowledge to businesses and organizational leaders seeking support and advice with litigation matters resulting from COVID-19.

Moderated by Irene Taylor, the Vice President of Business Diversification, Pace Law Firm, this Ask the Expert session will feature a panel of three of Ontario’s leading litigation lawyers, Don Jack, Senior Litigation Counsel, Pace Law Firm, Pavle Masic, Partner, DS Lawyers Canada LLP, and Andrew Camman, Senior Partner, Polishuk, Camman and Steel. The panel will share their collective experience and insights on how small businesses can proactively spot, avoid or mitigate costly litigation.

This session is part of the “Ask an Expert” series presented in partnership with the County of Simcoe, the Small Business Centre of Barrie, Simcoe County and Orillia, South Georgian Bay Small Business Enterprise Centre, Orillia Area Community Development Corporation, Nottawasaga Futures, North Simcoe Community Futures Development Corporation and the Centre for Business and Economic Development.
