NEWS RELEASE
SOUTH SIMCOE POLICE
*************************
You can help put a smile on a child's face this holiday season. South Simcoe Police Service and CTV Barrie are again teaming up to stuff our mobile Command Post full of toys for less fortunate children.

The Command Post will be set up at three locations the first weekend of December where shoppers can purchase or drop off toys and place them in the Command Post.

In 2016, over $25,000 in toys and gift cards were collected by South Simcoe Police and distributed through the Simcoe/Muskoka Family Connexions (Children's Aid Society) to local families as part of CTV's Toy Mountain.

Donated toys should be new and unwrapped.

Donations will be accepted at the following locations:

  • Friday, Dec. 1. Canadian Tire, 1445 Innisfil Beach Rd., Innisfil from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m.
  • Saturday, Dec. 2. Walmart, 545 Holland St. W., Bradford from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Sunday, Dec. 3. Canadian Tire, 430 Holland St. W., Bradford from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Please consider helping this worthy cause.
