A section of Huronia Road in south-end Barrie will be closed later this month for construction.
Mar-King Construction Company and its sub-contractors require a full road closure on Huronia Road between Big Bay Point Road and Ellis Drive from May 16 to May 30 to complete transportation improvements in the area.
The roadway will open to local traffic, but there will be no through access to Big Bay Point Road.
Detour routes in effect:
Huronia Road – Big Bay Point Road – Ellis Drive – Huronia Road
Huronia Road – Big Bay Point Road – Yonge Street – Mapleview Drive East – Huronia Road
