A small but well-travelled section of Anne Street will be closed for a couple of days next week for work around the railway crossing.
Cando Rail and Terminals Ltd. and its sub-contractors require a full road closure on Anne Street South between Tiffin Street and Jacobs Terrace.
The closure, which is tentatively set for 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 27 until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 28, is needed to complete work related to track maintenance.
Access for residents and businesses within the closure area to be maintained and emergency services will have access to respond within the closure, but not to travel through it, according to the city.
Detour route in effect: Anne Street South – Tiffin Street – Innisfil Street – Essa Road
