Police have arrested and charged a 37-year-old Barrie man following an assault at Tim Hortons on Friday, Nov. 18, 2016.

The 37-year-old male turned himself into police on Tuesday night, and was charged with assault and uttering threats.

He was released on a promise to appear with conditions and will appear in a Barrie court in January 2017.
