York Regional Police are at the scene of a fatal collision involving a male pedestrian.
Police were called to Highway 11, at the Bradford Bridge - just north of Bathurst Street, around 2:00 p.m., after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.
Police say the pedestrian died of his injuries at the scene.
The coroner and the Major Collision Investigation Unit are investigating and Highway 11 is expected to reopen shortly.
