The Barrie Police Investigative Services is seeking witnesses to assist with identifying a suspect following a robbery at Mac’s Convenience, located at 181 Livingstone Drive, in the City of Barrie.

On Monday, November 16, 2015 at approximately 2:30 a.m. officers attended Mac’s Convenience following a report of a robbery.

A male suspect entered the store armed with a hand gun.

He disguised himself by covering his face with a hoodie.

The suspect stole a quantity of Canadian currency then fled the scene on foot.

The store employee did not sustain any physical injuries.

Responding officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.

Suspect:                             

  • Male, white
  • Medium build
  • Mid 30’s

Clothing:

Wearing a winter toque, Indianapolis Colts jacket, royal blue in colour with white shoulders, blue hoodie, grey pants, and white shoes. Armed with a black handgun

Investigators are reviewing video surveillance at this time.

Images will be available to the public in time.
