Correction: Police say Nadia Frunza is still missing.
Barrie Police now say that information has led officers to believe she is in the Bayview and Steeles area of North York but police have yet to make contact with her directly.
Detectives are still appealing for Nadia to contact her family or police.
Anyone with information on Nadia's whereabouts is asked to contact police.

Barrie Police say they have found 15-year old Nadia Frunza.
Detective Constable Peter Pospisil tells Barrie Today the teen has been confirmed to be in the North York area near her family residence and neighbourhood at the main intersection of Bayview Avenue and Steeles Avenue East.
Barrie Police had issued a missing person alert about Frunza on November 12.
At that time, police said Frunza was last seen on Tuesday, October 27 at 12 p.m. at North Collegiate High School in Barrie.
Police say Frunza has family in both Barrie and Toronto.
