While patrolling the downtown core police observed a male to be in possession of a stolen bicycle.
The owner of the bicycle had reported his bike stolen on Friday, November 13, 2015.
Police arrested a 52-year-old, Barrie male for possession of stolen property and three counts of breach of probation, and is wanted in three other provinces.
The accused was held for bail and will appear in court Friday morning.
