Get ready to laugh, and then laugh some more at LiveBarrie's upcoming comedy show, featuring the hilarious talents of Gilson Lubin, Andrew Barr, and Daniel Shaw. Taking place at CW Coops Downtown Barrie, located at 3 Mulcaster St.
Headlining the show is the one and only Gilson Lubin, a former MTV Canada host and Canadian Comedy Award winner. Known for his outstanding stand-up comedy skills, Lubin has achieved widespread recognition for his work. His comedy album, Foreign and Legal, airs on Sirius XM, and he has appeared on popular platforms such as Comedy Central's Premium Blend, HBO's Def Jam Comedy series, Kevin Hart's LOL Network, and Comedy Now CTV. With a versatile approach that combines storytelling and social commentary, Lubin guarantees to leave the audience looking for more.
Taking on the role of the MC for the evening is the incomparable Andrew Barr. Despite his youthful appearance, Barr's comedic style reflects the wit and wisdom of an old soul. His unique combination of grumpiness and silliness has delighted audiences nationwide. Barr fearlessly tackles divisive issues, effortlessly breaking them down in a way that brings a whole room to laughter. From comedy clubs to theaters and festivals, Shaw's comedic prowess has kept audiences both laughing and slightly concerned. Sharing the stage with renowned comedians such as Kenny vs.Spenny, Rick Mercer, and K Trevor Wilson, Shaw is ready to carve his own path and deliver a side-splitting performance that will have the crowd roaring with laughter.
