MAYORAL CANDIDATE BARRY WARD

Barry Ward is excited to celebrate the official opening of his campaign office this weekend in his bid to be Barrie's next mayor.
Barry was first elected to Barrie city council in 2000. He has served as the city's deputy mayor for the past four years and stepped in as acting mayor earlier this year when the current mayor temporarily stepped away from his office.
He is the experienced voice that will lead the next council with integrity and thoughtfulness. Barry aims to protect what makes Barrie great, preserve the services residents need and enhance areas where we fall short.
“I am delighted to open my campaign office in a central location where Barrie residents can drop by for information or pick up a lawn sign,” says Barrie Mayor candidate, Barry Ward. "I'm all about bringing the people of Barrie and members of council together so we can all make our beautiful city even better."
