A 47-year-old woman from Toronto turned herself into police on Friday, Sept. 15, 2017.
The woman had been captured on video surveillance stealing approximately 130 pairs of woman's underwear in early February at La Senza located in the Georgian Mall in the City of Barrie.
The woman has been charged with theft under and breach of probation, and will appear in a Barrie Court of Justice in October.
