Theft suspect seen using stolen debit card

Police are asking for help to identify a suspect wanted for at least two unsolved crimes

Sometime throughout Wednesday night into the early morning hours of Thursday, September 1, 2016 a wallet had been stolen from a vehicle on Donald Street, in the City of Barrie.

Video surveillance at Mac’s Convenience located at 280 Dunlop Street, West, in the City of Barrie captured a male utilizing the victims debit card Thursday morning just after 2:30 a.m. The suspect purchased a Visa gift card and cigarettes.

The same male is wanted for a theft that occurred on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at The Source located at 33 Mapleview Drive West, in the City of Barrie.

The Suspect is described as;

  • Male, white
  • Brown hair, receding hair-line
  • 5’10 – 6’0”
  • 35-40 yrs.
  • Wearing a white V-neck t-shirt
