Stolen card used at Mary Brown's Famous Chicken & Taters

Barrie Police are currently investigating a theft of wallet and cell phone from the Holly Recreation Center change room that occurred last week.

On Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2017 between 3:06 p.m. and 3:36 p.m. an unknown male entered the men's change room at the Holly Recreation Center located at 171 Mapleton Avenue, in the City of Barrie, and removed a wallet and cellular phone from a gym bag not secured in a locker.  

Upon realizing the items were missing, the victim cancelled all cards but was advised one had been used at two locations: Mary Brown's Famous Chicken & Taters located at 560 Essa Road and The Kff Smoke & Gift located at 17-555 Essa Road.

  • Male, white 
  • 20 to 25-years-old 
  • Approximately 6 feet tall 
  • Skinny build and clean-shaven 
  • Wearing a baseball cap black in colour with an 'S' logo on the front, a black jacket, grey hoodie, blue jeans and was carrying a black backpack

Video has been obtained from both the Recreation Center and one of the stores the card was obtained as well as a signed receipt with the name similar to "Dylan Rooris".
