South Simcoe Police Service officers have charged a 79-year-old Cookstown man with sexual assault following two incidents of inappropriate touching.
The incidents involving two adult female victims and an unknown suspect occurred on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019 and Sunday, Sept. 22, 2019 at separate businesses in Innisfil.
The victims in both cases were not physically injured.
Following a detailed investigation, police identified a suspect and made an arrest.
Investigators are concerned there may be more victims in the community and are appealing for them to come forward and speak to police.
