Police seek witnesses to September collision that left Barrie man with serious injuries

The driver had been airlifted to Toronto after leaving the roadway and hitting a tree in Innisfil

INNISFIL - South Simcoe Police Service officers are releasing dash cam images of a vehicle in an effort to identify a witness to a collision.

On Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2019 around 5:30 p.m., a southbound Acura Integra left the roadway and hit a tree on the 10th Sideroad just south of the 7th Line. The 30-year-old driver was airlifted to a Toronto hospital with serious injuries.  

Police would like to speak to the driver of a blue-green 2003-2007, two-door, Honda Accord that was travelling northbound and narrowly missed being struck by the Integra.
