The Midland Police are currently investigating the report of an indecent act that occurred on Aug. 21, 2017.
The incident occurred on the Rotary Trail near the piers where swimmers frequent. An unknown male was observed videotaping swimmers and, he was also observed masturbating.
The suspect was scared off by a passerby. Officers would like to speak to the witness who scared the male off or anyone else who may have information about this incident.
