INNISFIL - South Simcoe Police Service officers are appealing for the public's help to identify suspects in a distraction theft.

On Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2019, a group of women entered the Antique Market on County Road 27 in Cookstown.

One woman engaged an employee while a second woman entered the back office. Two other women acted as lookouts.

 After several minutes, the woman exited the office and then all the women left the store.  A quantity of cash was stolen.

Investigators are releasing security camera images of two of the suspects in an effort to identify them.
