Police seek assistance locating wanted man

Police are seeking public assistance to locate 39-year-old Neil Foster. He is wanted following a break and enter and a theft, that occurred in the City of Barrie. 

On Friday, Jan. 12, 2018, the accused had been confronted by an employee while stealing merchandise from the back room of Circle K, located at 420 Leacock Drive. The accused fled on foot prior to police arriving. Then on Saturday, Jan. 13, just before 8 a.m., the accused had broken into Joe's No Frills, located at 165 Wellington Street. The suspect gained entry through the front door and headed directly to the main office. Although, he quickly fled upon the early arrival of several employees.

Neil Foster is wanted for break and enter and two counts of theft under $5,000. He is described as:

  • Male, white
  • Slim build, 5’10”
  • Brown hair - short
  • Glasses (black frame)
  • Last seen wearing a “Blue Jays” baseball hat, neon checkered scarf, navy blue peacoat jacket, blue jeans and black shoes.
