The Barrie Police Service is appealing to the public for assistance in efforts to identify a suspect following a break and enter and a theft of animals that occurred on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at 3:18 a.m., at Doogans Pet Emporium, located at Kozlov Mall, Barrie.

Video surveillance captured the suspect forcibly entering the pet store through the front door and walking directly to the back of the store, where it is believed he removed a puppy and four kittens from their cages. • Male, white (25-30 yrs.)

  • Dark beard (chin strap style)
  • Wearing a dark pompom toque with a white stripe, light coloured long sleeve shirt, capris and dark shoes.
