Barrie Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a break-and-enter suspect who damaged a plate glass window at the Marble Slab Creamery at 636 Yonge St. overnight on Aug. 11.

The suspect is described as a white male with a slim build, wearing red shoes, a smart watch and a fanny pack over his shoulder that was slung to the right side of his chest.

“It doesn’t appear anything was taken,” said Barrie police communications co-ordinator Peter Leon. “One of the front windows to the business was broken.”

The estimated cost of the window is $1,800.

If you have any information on the identity of the suspect, please email Const. Benoit at [email protected].
