Provincial police say they have arrested a suspect and laid a charge following a window-smashing incident at a Wasaga Beach cannabis store.
Earlier this month, the Huronia West OPP put out a public appeal for witnesses to the incident, which involved a man being "belligerent" at a cannabis store on Mosley Street at about 2:40 p.m. on Aug. 12.
OPP say the man was refused service and he broke a window on his way out of the store.
Police received information from the public following the crime and appeal for information and have now arrested a 27-year-old man from Wasaga Beach. He has been charged with mischief.
He is scheduled to appear in Collingwood court next month.
