OPP investigate 'non-suspicious' death of 21-year-old Essa resident

ESSA TWP. - Nottawasaga OPP are investigating a death that has been deemed non-suspicious in Essa Township.

On Wednesday, Sept. 8, police received a call at approximately 8 a.m. about a person located outside and unresponsive.

The deceased has been identified by provincial police as Blake Thiobodeau, 21, of Essa Township.

Investigators say they do not believe the death to be suspicious in nature. 

A post-mortem examination is scheduled for a later date at the Centre of Forensic Sciences in Toronto.
