Mississauga driver allegedly blows almost four times the legal limit

ESSA TWP. – A Mississauga woman has been charged after provincial police say her breath test registered almost four times the legal limit of alcohol in her system. 

Shortly after 10 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 18, two people contacted Nottawasaga OPP about a possible impaired driver in the area of County Road 90 and County Road 27 in Essa Township.  

Officers responded and patrolled the area, locating the vehicle near the 10th Line near County Road 90.

Victoria Mlynarczyk, 26, of Mississauga, Ont., has been charged with operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol and drugs, and operation of a motor vehicle while impaired with a blood-alcohol concentration over 80.

The suspect was issued a 90-day licence suspension and seven-day vehicle impoundment.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bradford on Oct. 8, 2020.
