Man charged with indecent exposure following complaint at Wasaga drive-thru

Provincial police say the initial complaint was lodged Aug. 14 and more were received in the following days

WASAGA BEACH — A man faces four counts of nudity and indecent exposure after provincial police responded to complaint about a customer allegedly exposing themselves at a Wasaga Beach drive-thru. 

On Aug. 14, Huronia West OPP say they received a complaint about a customer exposing himself at the drive-thru window.

Following the investigation, police say they received several other complaints in the days following which matched the original suspect and vehicle description.

On Aug. 25, a suspect was located and arrested without incident.

Jose Pacheco, a 53-year-old Brampton man, has been charged with four counts of nudity and indecent exposure.

The accused is scheduled to appear in Collingwood court on Sept. 21.
