On Friday, March 12, 2021, Barrie police attended a residence located on Shalom Way in regards to a theft involving a motor vehicle.
From the investigation that followed, the investigating officer was able to determine that the vehicle that was stolen was left in the driveway of the home and was locked when it was parked the day before at approximately 3:35 p.m.
The stolen vehicle is described as a 2010 Toyota Camry, beige in colour with an Ontario licence plate of CLCN785 and was likely taken sometime overnight.
The stolen vehicle remains outstanding and from additional canvassing that was done in the immediate area, police have obtained a picture of one of two persons who were seen checking parked cars in driveways overnight between Thursday and Friday morning.
