Hwy. 400 northbound ramps closed at Essa Rd. due to flooding (update: reopened)

Northbound on- and off-ramps both affected, according to the OPP as of 7:45 p.m.

UPDATE: The OPP says all ramps reopened around 4 a.m., Monday.

Provincial police announced Sunday night that the Highway 400 ramps at Essa Road have been closed due to flooding.

The northbound on- and off-ramps are both affected, according to the OPP as of 7:45 p.m.
