On Thursday, December 29, 2016 the driver of the green Dodge Caravan responsible for the collision attended the Barrie Police Service to turn himself in.
A 22-year-old Barrie man was charged with fail to remain and careless driving. He will be in a Barrie court to answer to his charges in February.
