On Sunday, July 2, 2017, shortly after 2:20 a.m., a 41-year-old Tiny Township male was driving with another occupant in his car. The male pulled over on the side of the road in the west end of Midland.
The male opened the passenger door, (allegedly) began hitting and attempting to pull the occupant out of his motor vehicle. During the incident, (it is alleged) the male threatened to cause death to the occupant.
On July 13, 2017, Christopher Ralph Miles was arrested and charged with the following:
- CC 266 assault
- CC 264.1(1)(a) uttering threats - cause death or bodily harm
He is scheduled to appear in Midland court on Aug. 24, 2017.
