Cops faced off against students in support of United Way

On Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2017, members of the Orillia Detachment, Anti-Rackets Branch, Central Region In Service Training and Technical Support Branch of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) faced off against Twin Lakes Secondary School (TLSS) students in a spirited hockey game to raise funds for the United Way of Simcoe Muskoka.

Over 400 spectators were entertained in a back and forth battle which resulted in an 8-8 tie. The game featured numerous student challenges and an energetic dodge ball intermission showcase.

The OPP would like to thank the staff and students at TLSS for their fundraising efforts which helped raise over $1,300 for the United Way of Simcoe Muskoka.
