On Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2020 at approximately 3 p.m., members of the Marine Unit with the Huronia West and Collingwood Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a male exposing himself to several female youth on the break wall within the Collingwood Harbour.
After an extensive investigation, police have charged Paul Cater, 57 years old, from Calgary, Alta., with indecent act - public place and adult indecent exhibition.
First appearance is Nov. 3, 2020 in Collingwood court.
