Peacefully with family by her side at Hospice Simcoe, on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 in her 81st year. Beloved wife and best friend of Ian for 61 years. Dear mother of Ian (Lydia), Michael (Janet), and Audrey Reucassel. Proud and loving Grandma of Ryan, Kyle, Brittany, Rebecca, David, Sarah, Charlie, Amy and great-grandma of Andrew, Mitchel, Tyler, Shea, Kaiden, Conrad, Jordan, and Travis. Sadly missed and always remembered by other dear family members in Scotland and close friends and neighbors. Guests will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie, on Monday June 13, from 11am until the time we celebrate her life in the chapel at 12 pm. Following a reception, Internment will take place at Barrie Union Cemetery. The family would like to take this opportunity to especially thank Hospice Simcoe, Dr. E. Kiss, and many friends and neighbors who lovingly helped during her long illness. Greatly appreciated, thank you.
