We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of John Thomas Watters August 15, 2021 at Royal Victoria hospital in Barrie, Ontario. John was born January 14, 1940, in Sarnia, Ontario where he was employed in sales of industrial equipment. John is survived by his loving family: wife Sylvia Watters of Innisfil, daughter Susan Steiginga of Watford, daughter Tammy Watters of Brampton, daughter Penny Watters of Sarnia, son John B. Watters of Innisfil, brother Bob Watters of Sarnia, sister Betty Watters of Sarnia and sister Marie Mitchell of Sarnia. Also, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. John was predeceased by his parents Lyle and Muriel Watters, brothers Bill Watters, Jerry Watters and sister Ruth Watters. Memorial donations in John’s name would be appreciated to the Canadian Cancer Society, Canadian Diabetes Association and the Alzheimer Society. Cremation has taken place.
